Delete your account

In Yenvay, open Me → Settings → Delete account. Confirm your password and the deletion prompt. This permanently removes your account and personal collections.

You can also request deletion without installing or signing into the app. Email support@yenvay.com from your account email address, with the subject “Yenvay account deletion request”. We will verify ownership before processing it. Do not send your password.

If you have shared household or institution records, contact support to arrange their handover and deletion. Shared records that belong to other members may remain. Support will explain any retention that applies to your request.
